Keika Ventures offers constant volume sampler (CVS) bags used in vehicle emission testing as required by US EPA, Economic Comission of Europe (E.C.E.) and other regulatory agencies.  Different applications for the bags include the US EPA Federal Test Procedure (FTP), Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) and Super Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle testing, European Drive Cycle Test (EEC/70/220) among others.

The bags can be custom made in different sizes and using materials such as Tedlar® and Kynar®.  Typical bags are approximately 30 inches by 50 inches with an 8mm Teflon® sampling loop (in a figure 8 configuration inside the bag) made of 4 mil Kynar®.  Kynar® is a state-of-the-art material that has ratings similar to 2 mil Tedlar® but does not outgas compounds that may interfere with the emissions tests at the ultra-low levels.
