The Telegan Tempest 100 is a portable, high-specification instrument used for combustion emissions monitoring from commercial and industrial boilers and plants. It uses the lastest microprocessor and surface-mount technology, which ensures performance, ruggedness, reliabillity, and cost-effectiveness. The flexibility to choose up to six sensors from a selection of seven allows the Telegan Tempest 100 to be configured to exactly meet your emissions monitoring requirements. The differential pressure and temperature connections allow precise burner and pump set-up. Furthermore, the exhaust gases can be monitored over user-configurable time periods, confirming pollution controls are achieved. This instrument offers all the essential features that testing demands, and extra features can be added as options or upgraded later.

Standard features include (same features as the basic Tempest 100 with O2, CO and NO Sensors, calculated CO2, ratio and NO2):

• %O₂, CO, NO, NO_x (ppm or mg/m³), % CO₂ (calculated) for six standard fuels plus user-defined fuels:

oxygen ranges 0-25%,

carbon monoxide ranges from 0-10,000 ppm,

nitric oxide ranges from 0-1,000 ppm,

carbon dioxide (calculated) ranges from 0-25%,

CO/CO2 ratio ranges from 0-0.9999, and

combustion efficiency ranges from 0-100%

• Nitrogen Dioxide (200 ppm – complete with Viton tubing)
• inlet, stack and ambient temperatures
• % efficiency, excess air and draught/pressure measurement
• integral printer with timed printouts and a user-definable header
• rechargable battery or mains operation with separate mains charger, all housed in a soft, protective carrying case
• integral combined water trap and easy-to-change dual particulates filter
